Guest House Prices 2009

All our rooms are ensuite, and prices include the following:

Full English breakfast
Age graded toys in bedrooms, books, CD players, with story and music tapes, colour televisions. Bath toys, baby baths, potties, changing mats, children’s bath gel, sangenic nappy disposal, cots. Bed guards, mini beds, night-lights, baby monitors, tea and coffee making facilities, highchairs and booster seats.

Use of:
All toys in lounge, dining room and play areas.
Our baby kitchen for preparing feeds, sterilising bottles etc, warming bottles, and jars of food.
The baby kitchen fridge for storing baby food and grown up drinks!

PLEASE NOTE WE HAVE NO SELF CATERING FACILITIES AVAILABLE IN THE HOUSE

REMAINING AVAILABILITY FOR 2008:

We offer a discount of 5% if you have one child and wish to stay in Garden View and a 10% single parent discount in Garden View during school term time.

N.B We only take bookings of 7 nights or more from June-September.

Nursery teas are served daily at 5.30pm, except on Thursdays and Sundays and cost £7.00 per child. All teas are home-made and are varied daily to meet the eating requirements of our current smaller visitors.

Babysitting £14 per family until 11.00 (later by arrangement).

Supper is available Saturday, Monday and Friday evenings at a cost of £20.00. There are no adult meals on Tuesday evenings, but we have a FREE babysitting service until 11pm (nursery tea served). We do not serve meals on Sunday or Thursday evenings as we are in recovery! But there are two good child-friendly restaurants very near the house.

We reserve the right to increase the prices of suppers and nursery teas if the cost of our locally sourced ingredients rise.

Our family tractor and trailer ride, with pond dipping and eat as much as you fancy barbeque takes place, weather permitting, on a Wednesday evening at a cost of £28 per adult and £7.00 per child.

Terms and conditions
A non refundable deposit of £100 per week or part week booked is payable at the time of booking; this will be deducted from guests’ accounts on departure. Please confirm your reservation by telephone before returning your booking slip. We strongly urge you to protect all reservations with holiday insurance, which you can usually take out through your house insurance provider. No reduction can be made to your account if you choose to finish your holiday early, or if you cancel your holiday less than 6 weeks before it is due to commence. Cancellations before this incur loss of deposit.

Vast quantities of toys throughout the house, books, games and jigsaw puzzles
Radio/cassette players and tapes
Televisions with freeview, videos if you wish and hundreds of videos to borrow
Baby listening monitors
Bath & hand towels, cot bedding, changing mats, bed guards, potties, toddler steps, baby baths, bath toys, night lights
Baby bouncy chair, galt baby nest, baby toys
Nappy buckets for real nappies, real nappy loan and laundry service
Sangenic nappy disposal
Anti-bacterial handwash and toddler bath gel
Baby carriers, back packs and spare buggies
Microwave and fridge for baby feeds.
Steam steriliser
