We offer a discount of 5% if you have one child and wish to stay in Garden View and a 10% single parent discount in Garden View during school term time. There is a 5% reduction for all rooms when booking a special break with one child.

*N.B We only take bookings of 7 nights or more from 19th June to September, apart from our Special Breaks. Bookings of 5 nights only are available as follows:

Nursery teas are served on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday** and Friday nights at 5.30pm and cost £7.00 per child. All teas are home-made and are varied to meet the eating requirements of our current smaller visitors.

Babysitting £14 per family until 11.00 (later by arrangement).

Supper is available Monday and Wednesday** with a farewell supper on Friday evenings at a cost of £20 per person. There are no adult meals on Tuesday evenings, but we have a FREE babysitting service until 11pm (nursery tea served). We do not serve meals on Sunday or Thursday evenings as we are in recovery! But there are two good child friendly restaurants very near the house.

We reserve the right to increase the prices of suppers and nursery teas if the cost of our locally sourced ingredients rise.

**Our family Tractor and Trailer Adventure, with pond dipping and eat as much as you fancy barbeque takes place, weather permitting, on a Wednesday evening at a cost of £30 per adult and £7.00 per child, in place of nursery teas and adult suppers.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservations
A non refundable deposit of £200 per week or part week booked is payable at the time of booking, this will be deducted from guests’ accounts on departure. Please confirm your reservation by telephone before returning your booking slip. We strongly urge you to protect all reservations with holiday insurance, which you can usually take out through your house insurance provider. No reduction can be made to your account if you choose to finish your holiday early, or if you cancel your holiday less than 6 weeks before it is due to commence. Cancellations before this incur loss of deposit. Failure to pay will result in small claims court proceedings.

Age graded toys in bedrooms, books, CD players, with story and music tapes, colour televisions. Bath toys, baby baths, potties, changing mats, children’s bath gel, sangenic nappy disposal, cots. Bed guards, mini beds, night-lights, baby monitors, tea and coffee making facilities, highchairs and booster seats.

All toys in lounge, dining room and play areas.
